Dr. Dalia is the owner & the clinical director of the Speech and Language Clinic (SLC), in Cairo, Egypt, where she provides professional development and parent training courses in addition to clinical services for children and adults having communication disorders. In addition, she provides outreach consultation services, workshops, and courses to parents, teachers, and professionals working in the fields of special needs, special education and communication disorders.

In October 2014, Dr. Dalia was granted the Award for continuing Education from the Board of Continuing Education at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Dalia has participated and lectured in many conferences, scientific meetings, workshops and courses related to the field of speech and language pathology and special needs. She believes that early intervention is a must for establishing life-long learning and communication skills and that team work and parent involvement are crucial for the success of any intervention plan.
