Dr. Najla Wafai graduated from Aleppo University in Syria with the Degree of Medicine Diploma with the Specialization Degree in Obstetrics & Gynecology & Surgery which she has taken from State Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital, Aleppo, Syria.
 

She started working as GP in a public clinic in a town of Saemeen, Syria from 1996. Become the Resident Physician in Women Hospital in Aleppo, Syria. from 1999. She become OB-GYNE in the different hospital in Syria from 1999 till 2004. From the year 2004 till 2008, She worked in Dubai, UAE in Alrazi Polyclinic. She worked in Al Hayat Medical Center-2009-2013 and Boston Medical Care 2013-2015, both the medical center in Doha, Qatar.
 

In  2016, she established her very own clinic which is Sama Medical Care, Private Health Provider in Doha, Qatar
